CANNA D-Block - Irrigation System Cleaner

CANNA D-Block is a technical solution developed to improve the performance and reliability of irrigation systems, especially in drip setups where salt buildup and residue accumulation can restrict nutrient flow. Its formula, based on biodegradable anionic detergents, works preventively to keep irrigation lines clean and ensure consistent nutrient delivery throughout the entire grow cycle.

Function and Application

D-Block prevents the formation of insoluble precipitates that can occur when mineral nutrients interact in the solution. These residues often build up inside pipes and drippers, reducing efficiency and potentially causing blockages. When used continuously, it keeps the system clean without the need for aggressive cleaning methods.

Use in Growing

One of its key advantages is that it is non-toxic to plants, allowing it to be used with every feeding as a preventive measure. This makes it especially valuable in professional cultivation setups where irrigation stability is critical. It can also be used between cycles to clean the system before starting a new grow.

System Maintenance

For optimal results, it is recommended to keep irrigation lines moist between watering cycles and to perform a pre-treatment before each new crop by running clean water with D-Block adjusted to pH 5.2. This helps remove any residual buildup and prepares the system for optimal performance.

Dosage

Recommended dosage is 1 ml per 10 liters of nutrient solution, applied consistently during irrigation.
