The MT Tumbler 500 has the most advanced technology for peeling hemp buds. It is designed to process a large amount of product with excellent cutting quality.
The peeler has a 304 stainless steel drum that prevents the accumulation and dragging of the flowers, preserving their quality.
The blade is made of tempered steel with food and non-stick treatment and the 11-blade reel is capable of generating 320 cuts per second. In this way, it manages to match the quality of manual cutting, giving the excellent treatment to the flowers sought by the most demanding producers.
Work cool and dry in a matter of seconds by simply changing the drum and without the need for tools. The parts where they pass through and come into contact with the flowers of both drums are made of 304 stainless steel.
The MT Tumbler 500 bud trimmer has been designed and manufactured at our facilities in Europe under the direction of our engineering team, which transmits the latest technological advances in hemp trimming.
The peeler is capable of processing between 18 and 22 kg/h, the work equivalent to 15 operators. If 22 kg/h is not enough for you, we recommend joining two of your MT Tumbler 500.
