Payment Methods and Secure Payment
Buying at Kaya Barcelona is very simple. In order to purchase all the items from our online store, you must be registered. You can register by clicking on the ENTER option in the navigation bar of the website or by filling your shopping cart and, upon checkout, it will ask you to register so you can make the payment and complete your purchase.

1- Cash on Delivery Payment:
1.1 If you prefer to pay cash on delivery, a 4% charge will be added to the total purchase, which will be paid to the courier company upon delivery.
1.2 Cash on delivery payments are only available for orders of a minimum of €30, excluding shipping charges. This payment method is not available for lower amounts.
1.3 The cash on delivery charge will be reflected in the total purchase as cash on delivery charges once the payment method is chosen, regardless of whether the shipping is free or not, depending on the purchase.
1.4 In the case of paying cash on delivery with our CITY DELIVERY service, the cash on delivery payment will not include any commission.
2- Credit Card Payment or Debit Card:
2.1 - If you want to pay with a credit or debit card, you must enter your card details at the time of placing your order. We will automatically charge your credit card and issue the corresponding invoice. Our card payment providers have been carefully chosen and verified to ensure the privacy of your data at all times.
3- Bizum Payment:
If you prefer, at Kaya Barcelona Grow you can pay through Bizum, comfortably and securely from your mobile app. Once the Bizum is confirmed, we will proceed with the preparation and shipment of the order.
4- In-store payment:
If you wish, you can select in-store payment when picking up your order.
5- Payment by bank deposit or transfer
If you want to pay by bank deposit or transfer, you will receive a confirmation by email or SMS of your order along with the shipping costs included. Your order will be sent after receiving the payment in one of our bank accounts. If the full payment is not received within 15 days from the date of your order, it will be canceled. In the transfer concept, please indicate your name or order number to quickly locate the payment.
