How to buy at Kaya Barcelona?
Buying at Kaya Barcelona is very simple, to be able to buy all the items from our online store you must be registered, you can register from the Register option in the website navigation bar or fill your shopping cart and when you finish, it will ask you to register, so you can make the payment and complete your purchase.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders placed from Kaya Barcelona will take 24 hours to arrive in the peninsular territory from the payment formalization, all orders placed before 18:00 will be shipped the same day, as long as the material is available in stock and the destination is within the Iberian Peninsula. The transport agency will be freely chosen at all times. For material not available in stock, the estimated delay will be notified to the customer and the most appropriate option will be sought.
If the shipment is made by certified mail, the delivery time can take up to 9 days from the payment of the order.
To other European countries, the delivery time will be between 3 and 7 days.
What is the return policy?
We want our customers to be happy so we stand behind our items and recognize that sometimes you may not receive what you expected. If we send the wrong item, or it arrived defective, don't worry, contact us at returns@kayabarcelona.com, or call 93 432 87 56 to arrange the return/exchange of your purchase. Make sure to tell us your order number, the item and quantity purchased, and a brief description of the problem.
The exchange or return will only be made upon receipt of the merchandise at KayaBarcelona by the customer, once received and verified, the new shipment will be processed or the refund of the amount if necessary.
Once the 7-day period has elapsed after receiving the order in which you have the right to withdraw from the purchase, only returns authorized by Kaya will be accepted. To request this authorization, the customer will contact Kaya Barcelona beforehand, once authorized, a shipping address for the merchandise and the conditions for the return to be accepted will be provided. Products for exchange or return must be accompanied by their original packaging.
Returns of seeds, books, CDs, Herbal Vaporizers, or Resins will not be accepted due to the nature of the product.
What payment methods can I use?
All orders can be paid with a credit card (Visa or MasterCard), by bank transfer, or cash on delivery, the latter with an additional 3% charge from the transport company.
If you are in Spain
1.1- If you want to pay with a credit or debit card, you must enter your card details at the time of placing your order. We will automatically charge your credit card and issue the corresponding invoice. Additionally, the section of the website where you must enter your card details is hosted directly on the Banco Pastor server and is protected by Verified by Visa. This new technology, developed by VISA, securely verifies the identity of cardholders and maintains the total confidentiality and integrity of the online purchase process, ensuring that your personal and payment data cannot be captured by third parties, providing you with greater payment security by eliminating the possibility of fraudulent transactions.
1.2- If you want to pay by bank transfer, you will receive a confirmation by email or SMS of your order along with the shipping costs included. Your order will be shipped after receiving the payment in one of our bank accounts. If the full payment is not received within 15 days from the date of your order, it will be canceled. Please indicate your name or order number in the transfer concept to quickly locate the payment.
1.3 If you prefer to pay cash on delivery, a 3% charge will be added to the total purchase amount.
