Raffle 420 The Pure Factory
1. Organizer
The organization and management of the raffle are the responsibility of The Pure Factory, Kannabia Seeds, and Kaya Barcelona.
2. Participants
The raffle is open to all legal adults living in Spain (peninsular) or Portugal who meet the requirements specified in the Instagram post. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are not eligible to participate in the raffle.
3. Raffle Mechanics
To participate in the raffle, participants must follow these instructions:
- Like the raffle post
- Follow @thepurefactory, @kannabiaglobal, and @kayabcn
- Tag 3 friends in the comments of the post. There is no limit to comments.
- Share the post in stories mentioning @thepurefactory, @kannabiaglobal, and @kayabcn.
4. Participation Period
The participation period for the raffle begins on 04/20/24 and ends on 04/26/24. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered for the raffle.
5. Prize
The raffle prize will consist of a Lazerlite Pro 720W from The Pure Factory and two packs of new American genetic seeds RS11 from Kannabia Seeds. The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value.
6. Winner Selection
The Pure Factory will randomly select a winner from all participants who have met the raffle requirements. The winner will be announced on 04/26/24 through a comment on the raffle post, as well as through a story.
7. Communication with the Winner and Prize Delivery
The winner may contact The Pure Factory within 24 hours from the date of announcement on the brand’s social profile. If contact is not made within the stipulated period, an alternate winner will be selected.
8. Personal Data Processing
Personal data provided by participants will be processed by the organizer in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations.
9. Modifications and Cancellation of the Raffle
The organizer reserves the right to make modifications to these legal terms at any time, provided they do not harm the participants’ rights. Likewise, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the raffle in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that make it necessary. Similarly, comments that may be harmful to the organizer or other participants may be deleted.
10. Liability
The organizer is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that participants may suffer during the raffle or as a result of their participation. Likewise, the organizer is not responsible for the improper or fraudulent use of the prizes by the winners.
11. Acceptance of Legal Terms
Participation in the raffle implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms. Failure to comply with any of the rules or requirements set forth in these legal terms will result in the exclusion of the participant from the raffle.
