If you're on the hunt for a portable vape with the latest technology that can vaporize both herbs and concentrates, then you should consider the DaVinci IQ2. It's slightly larger than its predecessor, the DaVinci IQ, but comes with some new useful features like adjustable airflow levels and dosing control, perfect for medicinal users who may need precise doses. The battery is removable and lasts up to 8 sessions per charge, making it a good choice for people who value portability and longevity when they're on the go.
Dosing control is the latest innovation from DaVinci Technologies and with it, you can have complete control over how much you've vaped, a very important feature if you're looking to achieve consistent results with each session. Simply input the potency of the strain and the amount of your herb or concentrate you've packed into the oven to have the DaVinci IQ2 track and report the dose per draw and per session. If you access the app [currently only on Android], you can even set a maximum dose and an alert will be triggered when you reach it.
The DaVinci IQ2 allows you to adjust the airflow with the new Air Dial™ system that lets you choose how dense you want the vapor to be. If you prefer cooler vapor, increase the airflow, and if you prefer denser vapor, decrease the airflow. In total, there are five dial settings for you to experiment with until you find the most suitable vapor for your style.
The DaVinci IQ2 takes less than a minute to heat up, which means you'll never be waiting too long before it's time to vape. Insert a dosing pod (up to 0.2g) or add your material directly into the adjustable oven (up to 0.5g) and start the heating process. After the vapor is generated, it passes through the ceramic airpath which, combined with the zirconium-coated oven and glass, ensures exceptional purity and flavor.
The DaVinci IQ2 comes with a 3000mAh 18650 lithium-ion battery, the same type as the original DaVinci IQ. When fully charged, the battery can give you one hour of vaporization, which is approximately 6 to 8 sessions. As it is also removable, you can easily swap the battery for a spare one to extend the sessions. The battery takes 6 hours to charge via micro-USB, but only 3 hours with an external charger (not included).
Two modes can be activated through the buttons to adjust the behavior of the DaVinci IQ2:
- Stealth Mode: Dim the LED lights on the front of the vaporizer.
- Boost Mode: Quickly increase the oven temperature to 220C.
- Precision Mode: Set your desired temperature and the Da Vinci IQ 2 will maintain it.
- Smart Path: Gradually increase the temperature, choose one of the four pre-set smart paths, or customize it from the app.
