It is capable of ingesting up to 5 prey a day, being able to wipe out the red spider plague from your marijuana crop in a matter of days. It is capable of living in a wide range of temperatures, as well as with low humidity.

The predatory mite Amblyseius (= Neoseiulus) californicus feeds on all stages of the spider mite. It also attacks the white mite and the cyclamen mite.

It is capable of ingesting up to 5 prey a day and can survive consuming pollen even in the absence of prey. This predatory mite is active in a wide range of temperatures and tolerates low humidity.
